A little clarity.
Your information.
Here’s what happens when you visit the site or start a conversation with us, and how to control the small amount of browser storage the site uses.
When you get in touch.
Arimira uses the contact details and project information you send to respond to your enquiry and discuss possible work. If we work together, we also use relevant information to manage that relationship and any applicable record-keeping obligations.
We rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of an agreed contract, or legal obligations, depending on the purpose. You can ask us about access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection rights by email.
The form on this website creates an email draft in your own email app. It does not send your form entries to a website database or submission service. You decide whether to send that email.
We keep enquiry information only as long as it is needed for those purposes and relevant legal obligations. Contact hello@arimira.co.uk to ask about your information, request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Website storage.
We have not added advertising, analytics or social tracking scripts. The optional booking calendar connects to Cal.com only when you choose to load it. Images and scripts are served with the site, and the design uses your device’s standard fonts. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the website.
The site uses a session-only browser flag, arimira-intro, to remember that you have seen or skipped the opening animation. It contains no personal details or unique visitor ID. It is used only to avoid repeating the introduction as you move between pages.
You can turn that memory off below. The site will then stop reading or writing the intro flag. A separate session preference remembers your choice so we can honour it; it is not used for tracking.
There is no “accept all” pop-up because we have not added optional advertising or tracking technologies. If we add tools that require consent, they will need an appropriate consent choice before they run.
External links.
The booking calendar and booking link use Cal.com to collect appointment details and arrange a meeting. Cal.com receives technical information when its calendar loads, and the details you enter when booking. Bookings are managed through the connected Arimira calendar. You can use email instead. See Cal.com’s privacy policy. Instagram and email links open services outside this website. Their providers have their own privacy terms. We don’t embed Instagram content or send your form entries to it.
